Moong Dal Dosa


  • 1 cup Green Gram (split)
  • Onion for garnishing(chopped)
  • Green Chilies for garnishing(chopped)
  • Cilantro for garnishing(chopped)
  • ¼ tsp. Cumin Seeds
  • Salt to taste
  •  Oil for frying


  1. Soak dal for about 4 hrs.
  2.  Grind dal with salt and water into a thick & fine paste.
  3.  Pour 1 tsp of oil on pan and pour batter(just like dosas)
  4.  Garnish with chopped onions, chopped chillies,chopped corionder and cumin seeds. Can be made crispy or thick.
  5. It goes well with any chutney.
