- 1 cup Green Gram (split)
- Onion for garnishing(chopped)
- Green Chilies for garnishing(chopped)
- Cilantro for garnishing(chopped)
- Â¼ tsp. Cumin Seeds
- Salt to taste
- Â Oil for frying
- Soak dal for about 4 hrs.
- Â Grind dal with salt and water into a thick & fine paste.
- Â Pour 1 tsp of oil on pan and pour batter(just like dosas)
- Â Garnish with chopped onions, chopped chillies,chopped corionder and cumin seeds. Can be made crispy or thick.
- It goes well with any chutney.
