Sprouted Moong Salad

Ingredients:

  • Steamed Sprouted Moong- 1 cup
  • Onion chopped- 1
  • Tomato chopped- 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder to taste
  • Lemon juice-1 1/2 tsp.
  • Roasted cumin (Jeera) powder- 1/4th tsp.
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Wash and drain sprouts.
  2. Add Onion, tomato and other ingredients.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Garnish with coriander.
