Ingredients:
- Steamed Sprouted Moong- 1 cup
- Onion chopped- 1
- Tomato chopped- 1
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder to taste
- Lemon juice-1 1/2 tsp.
- Roasted cumin (Jeera) powder- 1/4th tsp.
- Finely chopped coriander leaves
Method:
- Wash and drain sprouts.
- Add Onion, tomato and other ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Garnish with coriander.
