Ingredients
- Onion paste- 2 tbsp.
- Paneer-100 g
- oil or butter-1/4 cup
- Green chillies- 2
- Ginger -garlic paste- 1 tsp.
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp.
- Jeera powder- 1 tsp.
- Garam masala powder- 2 tsp.
- Red chilli powder -1 tsp.
- Haldi powder-½ tsp.
- Fresh cream -3 tsp.
- ½ cup – tomato paste
- Curd-½ cup
- Cashewnut paste-4 tsp.
- Butter- 2 tsp.
- Salt – to taste
- Coriander for garnishing- a handful
Method:
- Cut Paneer into medium size pieces.
- Heat oil in a kadai & add Onion paste, fry till golden brown in colour.
- Add Green chillies, Ginger garlic paste & fry for 2 mins.
- Now add Red Chilli powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, Garam masala, turmeric & salt. Mix well & fry for 3-4 mins.
- Add tomato paste, Curd, Cashew nut paste, Butter, fresh cream & Paneer to it.
- Mix well & boil for 2-3 mins.serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
- Garnish with Coriander & serve hot .
