Boondi Raita


  • Curd-1 cup
  • Boondi – 25 g
  • Roasted Cumin(jeera) powder -1/2tsp.
  • salt to taste
  • Red chili powder to taste
  • Rock salt(kala namak) -1/4 tsp.
  • Finely Chopped coriander


  1. Stir the curd with hand mixer(mathani).
  2. Add boondi and mix gently. If it becomes thick add little milk and mix it.
  3. Now add salt, cumin powder and chili powder,kala namak mix well.
  4. Garnish with chopped coriander.
  5. Keep in refrigerator for an hour or so.
  6. Serve boondi raita chilled.
