Ingredients:
- French beans-50 g
- Carrots-3-4
- Small cabbage- 1
- Broccoli (cut into florets)-100 g
- Capsicum- 1
- Salt to taste
- Tomato (cut into thin rings) – 1
- Green chilies(slit vertically) -2
- Finely Chopped coriander leaves
- Lemon juice -1
- Black pepper powder to taste
Method:
- Cut and Steam the vegetables.
- Add tomatoes, green chilies salt, pepper powder and lemon juice, and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
