Ingredients
- Potato-3 medium,peeled and diced into cubes
- Red chilli powder-1/2 teaspoon
- Roasted cumin powder(zeera powder)-1 teaspoon
- Chaat masala-1 teaspoon
- Salt-to taste
- Tammarind chutney(homemade or ready made)-2 tablespoons
- Mint chutney- 1 tablespoon
- Oil-For frying
Method
- Fry the potatoes till golden brown in colour.
- In a bowl Put the fried potatoes and toss them with red chillipowder, chaat masala,roasted zeera, salt ,tamarind chutney, and mint chutney.
- Serve hot.
