Ingredients
- Chicken- 500 g
- Onions, large – 4
- Tomatoes, large- 4
- Turmeric powder-Â 1/2 tsp.
- Red chili powder- 1 tsp.
- Pepper- 1 tsp.
- Garlic flakes- 4
- Ginger- 2 inch
- Oil – 4 tbsp.
Method
- Grind ginger and garlic to maker a paste.
- Heat the oil and put turmeric powder, red chilli powder, pepper and ginger garlic paste.
- Fry it well.
- Add chicken and cook it till it turns smooth.
- Add chopped onions and tomatoes.
- Cook it for 5 minutes.
- Serve it hot with pulao.
